Updates to planning consent for 180 Piccadilly and 50 Jermyn Street

In 2022, Ponstsarn Investments Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of GPE, obtained planning consent from Westminster City Council for the wholesale redevelopment of 180 Piccadilly and 50 Jermyn Street.  The redevelopment includes Grade A office space as well as retail, restaurant and gym uses on the ground floor level.

An amendment application is being prepared, for submission in summer 2023, which includes several improvements to the consented scheme.
